Alecia Phelps

Medical Coordinator

Alecia joined the Infinite Abilities team in 2020 as an employee in our Adult Day Training Center. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our Adult Day Training Center was required to temporarily close in order to comply with pandemic restrictions placed on SCL agencies.  At this time, Alecia transitioned to a Direct Support Professional and served our individuals in the residential setting.  Alecia demonstrated exceptional skill and work ethic, quickly advancing to the position of Residential Supervisor.  In late 2021, after pandemic-related restrictions were lifted, Alecia again transitioned back to our Adult Day Training Center and was promoted to the position of Adult Day Training Coordinator.  In this role, Alecia played a vital role in implementing our “Anchored in Community” motto by taking the lead in finding new and inventive ways to facilitate our client’s involvement in the community and activities.  Alecia has since transitioned to serving as our Medical Coordinator.  Prior to joining our team at Infinite Abilities, Alecia provided care for infants and toddlers at a local daycare facility.  Alecia is a lifelong resident of Pulaski County and currently resides in Somerset with her family.

Chasiti Ross

Marketing Director

Chasiti currently serves as the Marketing Director/Community Liaison for Infinite Abilities and has been in this role since April 2021. She currently serves as the First Assistant to Pulaski County Attorney Martin Hatfield. Chasiti is a graduate of Pulaski County High School (2007), Somerset Community College (2009), University of Kentucky (2011), and the University of Dayton School of Law (2014). Her mother, CEO Karen Wilson, always worked to promote inclusion and understanding of individuals with disabilities within the family. While at its inception, Chasiti was only a teenager, she grew up observing the creation and development of CAN Help, Inc., under her mother’s ownership. After reaching the age of eighteen, Chasiti began working part-time for the company.  As a young girl, Chasiti quickly inherited her mother’s passion for serving individuals with disabilities and we are excited to have her on board to assist us in promoting inclusion within our community. Sarah Nicholson

Adult Day Training Coordinator

Sarah Nicholson began her career with Infinite Abilities in 2021 as a Direct Support Professional.  Sarah was first employed in the residential setting providing supports to our clients.  She quickly excelled in this role and was promoted to Residential Manager.  During this time, Sarah demonstrated a passion for getting clients actively involved in the community.  Sarah worked diligently to create experiences that allowed our clients to explore new and interesting aspects of their community.  Sarah’s passion for promoting community involvement led to her transition to Adult Day Training Coordinator, a position she currently holds.  Sarah currently resides in Science Hill with her family.  She is one of the youngest members on our team, a 2021 graduate of Pulaski County High School, but what Sarah lacks in age, she makes up for in work-ethic, passion, and dedication to our clients.

Sherry Scruggs

Adult Day Training Coordinator

Sherry Scruggs joined the Infinite Abilities Team in 2020 as an employee in our Adult Day Training Center shortly after the company’s accreditation. During the COVID-19 pandemic, our Adult Day Training Center was required to temporarily close in order to comply with pandemic restrictions placed on SCL agencies.  At this time, Sherry transitioned to a Direct Support Professional and served our individuals in the residential setting.  In late 2021, after pandemic-related restrictions were lifted, Sherry transitioned back to our Adult Day Training Center and was promoted to the position of Assistant Adult Day Training Coordinator. In this role, Sherry assisted the Day Training Coordinator in day-to-day operations and coordinating activities to keep our clients engaged in the community. With the growth of the company, the need for a separation of the Adult Day Training Center became evident.  Such separation would allow us to tailor our program to the specific needs of the participants we serve.  As a result of this transition, Sherry was promoted to Adult Day Training Coordinator and is currently serving the older segment of our clientele.  Sherry has been employed in the Supports for Community Living field since 2010 and has worked alongside our CEO/Executive Director Karen Wilson at previous SCL agencies. Sherry embodies the mission and vision of Infinite Abilities and remains steadfastly dedicated to the clients she serves.
